Lower Township - CMCH Spouter Re: Development. It’s not just Middle Township, it’s happening almost everywhere on the cape. It’s great for property values but as you mentioned quality of life suffers. Personally, I don’t want to suffer the same fate as some beach towns north of us. If we become them, why would they drive further to come here? Of course nothing is as simple as it seems, but hopefully we don’t become a city and a few nature preserves. Unfortunately, we don’t completely control our own destiny, but I feel that’s about to change. Recent court rulings give me hope that we’re learning.
