Lower Township - CMCH Spouter. I have taken all your advice recently, because we’ve apparently arrived at the same conclusions simultaneously. I’ve added one twist. I do it surrounded by nature, only with people I love. I’ve limited my pool of enjoyment, as I have learned there are a large pool of people who are smiling to my face, I know will attempt to ruin my life if I don’t watch them every second. I’ve lost trust. I call it not clinical, but political depression, only mentioning it because others may suffer from same. Nature, not cities, helped me, hopefully it will help you too. Can’t speak?
