Cape May has been heading in the wrong direction for a long time

Lower Township - Cape May has been heading in the wrong direction for a long time. It started with the demolition of the Christian Admiral. Soon after, greed took over the town. Huge houses (not homes!) were constructed as monuments to wealth. Cape May is gone, and will never again be the quaint, quiet, beautiful seaside community filled with good people who truly cared about one another. Very sad. I will never understand why folks with money want to change things that are already perfect, especially since they are only in Cape May a few weeks each year. I think it is because they do not know happiness and contentment.
