Lower Township - Can one of the county government officials explain the need for a passing lane on the south side of the West Cape May Bridge for a mile and a half along Seashore Road? There are residential properties there with school bus stops, businesses, a church and other locally supported places that plenty of drivers are pulling off and onto the West Cape Expressway. If county officials won't lower the speed limit, they should at least make it a double yellow line to prevent drivers from speeding over 55 mph to pass other drivers.
