Lower Township - Are the Lower Township elementary teachers still waiting for their retroactive pay from last year? If I'm not mistaken, wasn't the new contract ratified this past April? If that's the case, why would they still want to be associated with the NJEA? Yet another example of teachers being bullied by their union and their local district.
