Lower Township - To all those nice folks that elect to place a concrete sidewalk on the berms of the roads, just beyond your property lines: Thank You for the gift to the public! They're nice amenities. Please be reminded, however, that the areas you pave do not belong to you. In NJ, it is a legal impossibly to "Adversely Possess" public land, so you have no right to tell anyone (or their leashed dog) that they may not use it! Incidentally, a little hospitality to strangers goes a long way.
