The word acronym comes to mind when I read some of the comments on this forum and the acronym CAVE, meaning Citizens Against Virtually Everything applies to some individuals in this township when the topics of 2nd homeowners, vacation rentals, beach entry path decorators and Christmas tree decorators. To those that wear the badge of CAVE, your complaints fall on deaf ears. Try to enjoy the "new" Lower Township as we do, with many more of us to come. The realty offices have expanded to this area as well. That may be your biggest clue to the above mentioned. Change is here and here to stay.
