Why is it that renters feel they can just get any animal's they want then just open the door in the morning and let them out to run the neighborhood? And how would you like to be the dog you have and be tied to a rope to bark alllllllllllllll day long. I mean do you even put water down for it? How do you treat your animal's like that,as if we haven't heard enough when you scream obscenities at your children, now a barking dog all day. You should be ashamed...And evicted!!!
