While driving today (Friday, Aug. 9) at about 2:30 an older pick-up truck came up behind me with flashing red & blue lights mounted inside the windshield. I thought only police & ambulances were allowed to use a red forward facing flashing light, so I just kept driving. At the next intersection he made a right headed west as a fire truck came from the west headed east. If you're reading this can you please explain yourself?
