Where is the justification and accountability to give out huge raises to Cape May County department heads and officials? They don’t even have individual performance evaluations? I’d love to see what they actually performed within the County. Seriously, we are the second poorest County with such extravagant salaries and yet the people that work within the area can’t even afford their food bill and rents. We’re setting ourselves up for collapse of the area working class, that can’t afford to live in this County. .
