When will Lower, Middle, Upper and Dennis start limiting second-home ownership? These are communities where the working class of this county live and as the islands become too expensive for the sort-of wealthy, they’ll buy up the rest of the housing stock. Second home owners are the ones that make so many homeless in this county, why can’t we do something about it?
