What does it take to get a dentist in this area? I've called five different dentists, and so far no one has been able to accommodate me for an emergency appointment for an abscessed tooth. Everyone wants to put me off for three to four weeks. I have insurance and have offered to pay in advance, but if you're not an established patient, they won't give you an emergency appointment.
