Two elementary buildings, which were 14 miles apart, 1 junior-senior complex, 1 superintendent, 1 high school principal, 1 assistant high school principal, 2 elementary principals, 1 school board with 9 members, 1 business manager, 1 head of technology, 1 buildings and grounds, 1 head of curriculum. Lower needs to consolidate buildings and administrative staff before asking voters for a field house. Voting no.
