Is there a reason why lower twp won't do ANYTHING about anything? There's a house with GARBAGE everywhere, bags that have been there since JUNE! And not even tied. Pizza boxes, cans, chairs, dresser's and 3foot grass. I know people have called, but yet nothing gets done. Not even a visit. It's a little shady to me. It's a health hazard to everyone.
