There are two Airbnb homes in Tranquility. It is absolutely unfair to homeowners who have lived there for over thirty years. It is a residential neighborhood - not a commercial area. What is next - building a Wawa? Lower Township should not issue permits to allow this! NYC does not allow Airbnb to rent in neighborhoods for under 30 days. Many cities have strict rental requirements on Airbnb. We need to get together in Tranquility and go to Lower Township and voice our concerns! Also, our home values will decline from this activity.
