To a spouter from Villas and his/her comment about living on the west side of town: Property values are higher the closer one is to the bay. Many folks have invested in the area and the homes and properties are beautiful. Cape May Beach, Town Bank and North Cape May's older sections are booming as well. Lower Township is a "diamond in the rough."
