To the spout about Ward 2's Neville initially supporting Morey's sidewalk and then changing his position after hearing why 250+ residents were against it: Simply put, Neville listened to his constituency. What is alarming is to see how entitled the rec. advisory board (RAB) feels about its role in this community. Clearly, RAB misled council regarding the proposed destruction of the long established, naturally vegetated dunes. Even after hearing that the community does not support the plan, RAB has recommended it again as their number one item.
