Someone gets a ticket for tinted car windows from a cop whose personal car has tinted windows and a spouter has the audacity to tell him to stop whining? This is why law-abiding citizens have a negative attitude toward some cops. Because there's a double standard. What about one who idles his car for 30 minutes prior to leaving for work, regardless of the temperature outside? Wonder if he would get a fine for that?
