With some proper direction and law enforcement to rid the bad apples of the area, Villas could easily be the next best and greatest town to live in. You're close to everything local that has been around for years, as well as the beach, and not to mention the taxes are supposedly the lowest around. Sure, the area has its bad spots but name a location that does not. Take for instance Somers Point and all they have done. Clean up the area, get LTPD to actually do some work instead of sitting in their fancy cars collecting a paycheck and the area will be a hit. It is not rocket science.
