So is it my understanding, that if i am not hooked up to the municipal water supply and they bill me and i do not pay or use their water, my home that i worked hard for to pay down the mortgage will be taken to a tax sale and sold for a $300 bill and someone can take my house, sell it and make a lot of money off it? Some people are out of work, cant afford to pay or other..What happend to looking out for your people.
