Apparently most people just chose to ignore the sign because it seems there are no longer any consequences. Stop sign? Merely a suggestion. Yellow light? Speed up, you might make it, or you might get T-Boned, are you feeling lucky? Yield? Not if I get there first. Go straight from a left turn lane? I’ll be fine, I’ve got more horsepower than you. Make a left to avoid a jug handle? I’m more important than you and I’ll prove it. A lot more us, and less me is safer for all.
