Second homeowner here & very much criticized. Why l don’t know and don’t care. The spouter who expressed their concern about the development to take place here does not have the right to tell people to move on. The climate here is changing for the worse because of people like them. This footprint is the same as ocean city with no parking, restaurants too expensive and full, bicycles and golf carts all over. Careful what you wish for.
