In response to coved-19 I believe the Governor declared a state of Emergency. Did our county and municipalities do the same, I don’t recall ever reading that they did. According to NJ OEM “ The Governor's declaration does not address restrictions on the sale or provision of goods or services. However, your locality may enact restrictions under their local emergency declaration. We recommend that you contact your local government for any specific information.” so if our municipalities didn’t do it they should for many reasons?
