Regarding dress downs, the spouter should be careful what they wish for. I work in a district that only offers two dress downs a month, and both are for charity. I know of two other districts where faculty and staff pay for every dress down of the year. I’m pretty sure LTES teachers are able to dress down every Friday, without a donation, as well as the last few weeks of school.
