Received first ever LTMUA bill today, March 27. It is due on April 1. A notice that allows 3 business days for payment for most. (Working people won't get their bill until end of business day.) If you are on vacation you might not know this until your bill is past due. I'd say these should be mailed so ratepayers have at least two weeks notice.
