Reading about the growing amount of Sheriff's Sales in Lower Township and how that communities like Estell Manor and Woodbine are now the go-to places for the people that are moving away from Lower Township because they can no longer afford to live here. Well, Lower is changing for sure, and for the better. New people are arriving and investing heavily in remodeling and rebuilding the homes. It is a very nice place to live. Too bad some of the former locals didn't appreciate our area. Good luck in your new towns.
