RE: The Villas comment on the barking dogs. You have a right to walk down your street without being harassed by barking dogs. They are disturbing your peace. You also have a right to go to the LTPD, located at the airport and file a complaint against the owner of these dogs. If you do not know the owner, get the house address and the police will take it from there. Again, this is your right. Have a good day.
