RE: The Villas comment asking whether an empty, above ground oil tank and an abandoned furnace under the house would affect the sale of the house. My question to you. Would you buy that house with those two issues? Probably not, so arrange to get rid of them. There is a local scrap guy that cruises the neighborhoods. Put them to the curb and I'm sure they will be gone in short order. Good luck.
