RE: Lower Township vs. Nice. I haven't noticed one Airbnb property that isn't well cared for. I haven't noticed excessive traffic of parking issues with Airbnb properties. Our guests have always been "nice families". What I do notice on your side of the coin is unkept properties, lawns that need mowing, police cars responding to unruly, year-round renters, broken down, unregistered vehicles in yards and on the street. Complain all you want, we are invested here, we are growing, and we are here to stay.
