Re: The Lower Township comment on young people not being able to afford to live here because people are coming from out of town and rebuilding existing homes or building new ones and property values and taxes are sky high. If you have been paying attention, and obviously you haven't, this trend is now along the bay side of the state. Lower Township is a hidden gem and has now been discovered. I live in North Cape May year-round and enjoy the new life in our area. People are nice and the home improvements are beautiful. Maybe you should have paid attention and invested here as well.
