The prescription drug ads bombard us daily on TV. "Ask your doctor if this or that is right for you." Are you kidding me, when was the last time you were able to pick up the phone or get an immediate appointment to find out if it is right for you? Here is another of life's funnies, why is it when you go to the deli you are a customer, but when you see the doctor you are a patient? When you see a lawyer or other professional person you are a client and not a customer. The play on words is a wonderful thing in the land of spin!
