To the parents of very young teens on Fishing Creek Rd, near the light at Breakwater Rd. Please explain to them what it means if a car hits them. I'm not sure they're old enough or if you've taught them the ramifications to their actions. Riding bikes on a heavily traveled road with wheels up in the air is very unsafe. These same set of kids often act like they're pulling a string/rope across the road. This is a 40-45 mph road, this could be fatal for them. Police have been called multiple times, but the kids run before they get there!
