No surprise that there’s two more females suing the county for discrimination. There have been at least 6 to 8 females that were department heads who claimed they were discriminated against or were involved in a hostile environment that sued or claimed they were pushed out of their positions and replaced with males making two to three times as much as the women that were pushed out. These lawsuits have costed the taxpayers millions and those that created these lawsuits are still in their positions in the county. And these lawsuits are going to continue because those in high positions don’t take complaints serious.
