Lower Township needs autism communication-bias training now. Autistic residents are vulnerable to being misquoted and then trapped under an “official record” that repeats an employee’s personal narrative instead of facts. That is shameful, unprofessional, and damaging to disabled residents who rely on fair process. If the Township recognizes autism as a disability, prove it in how you document, correct, and treat people.
