The most informative part of the township meetings seems to be the public portion. The consent agenda and council's part seems to be sanitized and staged to show that things in Lower Twp. are going great. The public portion has some life to it, real and personal. This portion of the meeting appears to bother the mayor. Adjourning the meeting seems to be his focus.
