Maybe the reason the Animal Control contract is being farmed out is because our local Animal Control guy spent too much time at his hot dog cart at the end of Ferry Rd. and Beach Ave. Someone needs to check out the School Bus Depot at the high school for the guy taking care of his bar-b-que business on school time. Don't forget the regular employees that bring in their own vehicles to wash and wax on our dime too. When does it end in Lower?
