Maybe the 16% of County rentals that are in arrears is due to the no eviction mandate and the home owners are defaulting on their payment. So in December there will be a lot of Sheriff sales and homeless people in Cape May County. Maybe the county should start looking to build a homeless shelter with the funds they received from the federal government if they have any left.
