Many restaurant it seems, are bent on destroying their business by adding junk fees, sometimes not advertised or displayed to inform the customer beforehand of these fees, to the bill. Fees such as “ kitchen appreciation” fees or “wellness” fees are just a money grab, and are unethical business practices. If a business is under pressure, raise prices or cut costs, don’t add junk fees or you will destroy your business. If I ever see this here, that establishment is off my list forever. I will not participate in my own robbery arbitrarily instituted by a restaurant owner.
