Lower Twp. public works can't pick up the leaves or branches in a timely manner in this town, yet we are supposed to have faith that they will be able to now handle our water and sewer? Lower, you better start asking some questions! If you think for a second that Lower doesn't plan on selling the water to another company eventually, then people in this town are naive.
