Lower Township should stop the proposed development along Fulling Mill Road. That road is dangerous enough as it is with the curves. Putting a development near the curve is a disaster waiting to happen. We don't need any more residential developments anyway. Just preserve the land. Birds and wildlife can use it as habitat.
