Living in Lower Township is slowly turning into living in a third world country. No enforcement of any local ordinances, and I figured out why, the people hired to enforce are also violators; talking on cell phones while driving, dogs barking all day, super loud muffler cars, expired inspection stickers and full tint on their vehicles. So they turn the other way when they hear or see it. It used to be a safe and quiet place, but those days are over.
