At LCMRHS one teacher has negotiated a special schedule with the admin. A full day is 8 periods, the customized schedule consists of working the first 4 periods then two preps and the last 2 periods off, being allowed to leave after a half day. Getting paid for three-fourths of a day. This is fine it saves our taxpayers money. All we ask is that you allow all teachers to leave for the day during their end of the day prep and this is not allowed. Be fair.
