It is ironic that people who complain about the lack of affordable housing, supposedly intended for those of lesser means, is being caused by the same people who make that complaint. When you show people you will deprive them of rental income on a whim, causing them financial hardship by allowing renters to live rent free, while the actual owner of the property struggles paying their bills, you have lost all sense of reason and fairness.
