Interesting. Some people have issues with the nice folks that decorate the entry paths to the bay beach along Beach Drive and the Christmas decorations along the road to Douglass Park, but the littering is acceptable. I walk the road to Douglass Park often and this is what I see every time. Local talent at its worse!
