"The innocent victims of crime have been overlooked, their pleas for justice have gone unheeded, and their wounds, personal, emotional and financial, have gone unattended." This goes for all ages; child, teen, adult or elderly. It is a disgrace how the justice system and DCF turn their backs on the victims and put them back in harm's way; even with all the evidence, they dismiss it. How many more victims are going to suffer from the courts' and DCF's ignorance?
