If you have a smart meter, check your bill against your meter. The bills say "actual" reading, but numbers are so out of range, they're not actual. If you have solar you may not be receiving all you are owed. I know 2 others having same issue, you call ACE, tell your problem, person on other end says they will bump up to someone else no call back ever comes. The more people calling with the problems the more likely they will correct their mess. Ready to go to TV consumer reporter, been working on this sine September 23.
