If congress is making special rules based on gender identity, then congress is violating the equal protection clause in the constitution. You simply cannot have equal protection under the law while at the same time have unequal protections under the law. Any member of congress that pushes for this is in violation of their oath of office to support the constitution. They should be removed from office.
