I work at Middle and we are very diversified. Our board as well as our superintendent pushes for diversity. My friend ,who is a teacher at LTES for over 20 years ,has told me that they've had never had any African-Americans in positions. Maybe they should look into hiring practices since we have no problem at Middle.
