I just watched the Lower Township meeting from May 5. In regards to the township "taking over the M.U.A.," I pose the question of how will the billing take place? Will our bills be combined, will we have to pay both sewer and water bills at the same time, or will they be in different months or "periods" as at present? A combination of these two bills would be a hardship on many residents here.
