I just viewed a property on W. Atlantic Ave. in Villas listing for $515,000.00. I am loving this! No wonder a big realty company from Cape May has a branch in Villas. The mass exodus from Lower Township because of rising property values and higher taxes continues. By the way, I am hearing the exodus is heading to Estelle Manor. Just a matter of time folks. Love it!
